Kathy is a middle and high school
administrator in Abingdon, VA, part of
the Washington County Public School
system. Prior to becoming an adminstrator
in 2003, she taught AP Biology and Earth
Science in Abingdon. She taught Jr. High
Physical Science in Salt Lake City, Utah;
high school Physical Science and Biology
in Terre Haute, Indiana; Jr. high
Physical Science in Liberty, MO; and high
school Environmental Science in Copperas
Cove, TX.
Kathy received her B.S. From Virginia
Tech, a M.S. in Science Education from
Indiana State University and Post Masters
Principal licensure program of Indiana
State University.
In her free time, she enjoys reading,
gardening traveling to the beach and is
involved in church activities. She is
married and has 2 married children, 2
dogs, 2 cats and 5 sheep.
Professional organizations include VMSA.
NMSA, VASSP, ASCD and Delta Kappa Gamma. |
