Barbara has served as an educator in Virginia for the past 28 years.  Barbara is currently the Director of Middle School Education for Loudoun County Public Schools, a position she has held for the past four years.  Prior to that she has been the Director of Secondary Education and the Teacher Mentor Specialist for LCPS, as well as a Secondary Supervisor, High School Assistant Principal and High School teacher in other school divisions in the Northern Shenandoah Valley area.
